Character sleeves are hard to come by here. I'm quite lucky to get this Airi one in a toy shop.

I wonder which character should I get next. I was browsing for character sleeves online and the ones that I really like are sold out, like the Kuroneko one.

I may regret asking this of you, but here goes.

I have no income, and for the next month, I have just $120 to my name.

I want to buy the Nendoroid Petit set shown here, specifically the girls in their Day of Sagittarius dress. I have found them for a decent price individually (Yuki costing extra).

I just feel like I need that money for an emergency within the next few weeks. It scares me to think of that. Also I may get a once-in-a-lifetime chance at another item, or the price of these items will go up if I wait too long, since this has happened before, quite recently, actually.

How does one with no money make such pressing decisions? I don't want to ask anyone else, since they will consider it trivial and judge me for this being one of the most stressful decisions in my life at the moment.

Every time I've decided that I REALLY wanted some fig (i.e. when it's so beautiful that I think I'll feel stupid/weak in the future for not getting it when I could), I took all the rare chances I had to get them, even if I ended up pennyless for the rest of the month. But the thing is: I live with my family (whom I leech from, apart from certain convinient schollarship), and don't really need money for food and hostage so being with no money isn't at all a life or death issue to me now.

So... be passionate with figs, alright; but try to be careful.

Similar living conditions. However, my parents get pissed at me whenever I receive a package in the mail, even when I am well-off, so I have to sneak them in using some pretty complex methods.

It's times like this I am thankful for watching Hogan's Heroes so avidly.

My Revoltech Rin had a broken joint I fixed with a dab of super glue, but figma's are slightly different. If super glue didn't work you might need to replace the whole piece.

Nendoroids, at least the Petit Nendoroids, are a disgrace to the good smile name in how low quality they are, putting aside that they fall apart easily, their stands are practically begging to be broken.

I haven't had much experience with broken figs, but one of my figma stands did brake the other day at the tip somehow, not a big deal, but still lame.

You could always try taking a part from a cheep spare figma, if not you could try getting a plastic works type kit for duplicating the parts
that are broken from the other side that's still fine, if you can get them out that is.

Some time ago I bought a figma with a busted arm thinking I might be able to fix it, but the owner also used super glue on it and made it much harder to properly fix by doing so. he glued over parts that were supposed to be able to turn and glued parts together that shouldn't have been and I'm gonna see about getting one of them plastic molding kits to try and fix it.
