This one's poking a bit of fun at myself.
There's this genre called Witch House. While thinking upon that, one thing led to another and I found myself with Wizard House. Imagine house music inspired by the hikki, "wizard" lifestyle. Also used copious amounts of weird characters in the title, like witch house artists. This one turned out to be some sort of spooky tune, though in the future I intend to make sadder melodies if I feel like it (this one was kind of improvised), and it has to be a chiptune of course, to fit the whole theme. Luckily, my soundcloud avatar also fits the song well enough.

Album. Chips are more focused on melody this time.

My two modded DMGs, now synced to run 2xLSDJ. That means twice the amount of channels per song. I'd been struggling to find a decent setup for composing but solved that recently. I'll hook up earbuds to one, headphones to the other, and wear both at the same time. Doing that lets me write and listen to the output of both Game Boys at the same time in stereo (the loud speaker is mono) without sending into a mixer, which benefits the workflow.

Two doodles with Kontakt instruments.

First is a thing from a few months back. Maybe the right hand should be louder here.

And recently this. Left hand's dynamics are a bit too constant. I wish there was an option where you could, like, randomize the volume automatically, on a given interval (like 85-90). That would go a long way towards making computer-sequenced pianos more human-like. As it stands, I'll have to randomize it manually, which is ok. Just that feature would be cool.
