Now how about a kangaroo with kermits head, and in the pouch is gonzo and tenticles coming out of it, and the tenticles are holding a candy cane and a pokemon cards, and in the back ground floating individual teeth.

Draw Kanako Urashima from the series Love Hina. But not like the way she looks in anime and fan work. Like can you base it off how she looks in the manga?

A white, robed magician (gender irrelevant). White witch hat, with icy blue icicle pattern + the robe, maybe with the same pattern as the hat + some staff that fits the theme.

Oh, goodness, you really attempted on it. Well done. I was mostly trolling but, now that you got a taste of it, it could actually help you a lot if you take it forward and/or apply it to the rest of your work...

What you have now looks really good on the preview: proportions, directions and the sense of iteration are very well sugested; now, from there, think: what would happen if you zoom/analyze it even more? Say: if you took an X amount of time, patience and focusing doing that, what would happen if you re-do it now (with the experience you already have of the subject) at 2X?... And then at 3X?... 5X?... That may help you breaking limits, consistenly, step by step. It has worked for me, at least.
