So I'm getting started on 3DCG and I made an otaku room. Please give me critics and suggestions on what should I include/change.

I;m jealous.
weather the materials to make it look more "lived in" and less sterile and use global illumination/radiosity
Needs more moe animu figs/posters, lots more.
needs more moe
Haha, even the damn futon.
Needs figures and a stack of dirty clothes
Looks more like a little kid's room with some anime thrown in.
>>1025 I wish I had a room like that as a kid. OP, I can't offer critique but I think it looks pretty realistic, and I lol'd at several of the references (FCM or that futon for example).
Heh, is that a picture of Franz Kafka?
>>1029 I knew I recognized that photo. Kafka is awesome.
There's no door, only a window. Are you making a statement about our lifestyle? We can look outside but never leave?
Thanks everyone for the feedback! I'll get to work on it and post it "soon" >>1033 There is a door, but we don't go there anymore...
>>1034 window should be boarded up or blocked somehow, why the hell would any of us want to see outside?
I know I like to have my computer as my only source of light. That computer glows, but does not seem to have a directional light. I like how harsh and painful the light from outside looks. Also all the sex toys. Are the figs modeled or from pictures? Great start.
>>1035 I like to see the sky once in a while. Specially when it's raining.
>>1035 You're right but I wanted to show off those curtains >>1036 Modeled but, uh, something went wrong with the materials
>>1042 is it normal to keep a buttplug next to your anime figs
>>1043 Oh god, I thought that was a lava lamp.
>>1043 you don't keep sex toys with your figs? is there something wrong with you?!
>>1043 personally id be embarrassed to have a buttplug like that on display. its so small!
>>1043 I do.
make the room half the size, this will instantly make it look more realistic.
