You will have a hard time trying to find any translated otome games with H scenes (unless you can read Japanese just fine but if that were the case you wouldn't be asking here).

I think your best bet is Starry Sky. Tsundere Sugita Tomokazu is s moe~~ <3 Aside from that Yo-Jin-Bo is decent. Also, Hateful Boyfriend. Damn, if only the game was fully voiced using the drama CDs seiyuu (i.e. Ishida Akira, Emperor Norio etc.)

That's all I've played. Aside from that there's Tokimeki Memorial, NTT games... One PSP game has been seen a commercial release last week (Hakuoki ~Demon of the Fleeting Blossom~) and patch for The Second Reproduction has been released yesterday.

Jesus. Add 'generic' to the list of words which lost their original meanings and now serve as random insults.

Also, VNs in general are plagued by elementary school fanfiction level of writing and terrible, horrible, forced SoL (and I happen to be a fan of SoL, except when it's as shit as in most VNs). It's hard to believe anyone would play a VN for a reason other than interacting with characters when the writing (and stories themselves but that's more objective I guess) is this bad.
