Sounds reasonable for a lot of situations, but people can still change.
After I lost interest in anime I was drawn to hiphop culture and motorcycles, day/night difference with anime. Now I'm making beats and riding bikes while I'm still a NEET with the same browsing habits I used to have. I can't talk recent anime shows anymore, but I still feel the state of mind around here, and I think that's really the thing. The only way I could imagine somebody get rejected isn't just by leaning over to the normal side (maybe being a full-blown normie and expressing shock at what gets posted here would do the trick), but more by what you share with the community and the way you share it. You could probably hit the nightclubs everyday, party and take home a few girls and nobody on TC will care simply because it's not the type of discussion people visit this place for - so you didn't post it on here, but twitter or whatever. Just a bit of respect for the community should make it hard to experience pressure or rejection.
