There's a dearth of artists/mangaka that do cute/ warm yuri bdsm. The two I'm aware of are Maguro Shining and nonz-radznish (epicary radz)

Betock draws some very cute and passionate yuri. Not that high in terms of lewd explicitness (at most his drawings usually show them in bra/lingerie), but the passion is conveyed very well and they're just so cute it almost feels a bit wrong to masturbate to it (in the same way it feels wrong to me to masturbate to any kirara character).
