Hey. Been a while.
I didn't stop collecting the caps. The reason I took so long to post anything is that I got hung up on cap 100 for no reason. Time to catch up.

I finally got over Lighthouse 100 a week or so ago but then it occured to my that posting an update on 29th will be kinda funny so here we are.

I wanted to post something cool for the 100th lighthouse. I had two candidates, nice panning shots that had to be stitched. Unfortunately though since they are panning shots of you know, lighthouses, the lightning changes from frame to frame and makes it impossible to stitch them in a satisfying matter.

I kept telling myself I'll get better quality rips and that I'll just cap and stitch them frame by frame but it was a fool's errand and the best thing that came out of it was me giving up on it before I even made a serious attempt. In the end I gave up on the idea of a stitch for cap 100 and went with something simple instead; didn't even really spend any time figuring out if it's the best cap I haven't posted yet.

I usually avoid taking two caps of the same lighthouse but on rare occassions multiple angles feel worth preserving.

Are you still doing it, lighthouse anon?

Another year has passed huh. Time flies. I would feel bad not to post anything this year so here goes.
I'm still keeping an eye out and the collection is growing but - with one notable exception - I feel I've seen less lighthouses in anime lately.
