You can get some of the newer stuff on Nyaa, but the older stuff I'm not sure about.

I have everything (including the PC-98 games but they're not translated and the text is kind of messed up) with the exception of Shoot the Bullet. My Scarlet Weather Rhapsody is also a little messed up since the controls for it are kind of strange and different from the other fighters.

Also, a decent way to get a decent feel of whether or not the files sizes are wrong are by checking the amount of data on it, reading comments, checking downloads and seeds. There's more but I don't remember it since it's been a while since I've done this.
