This one's gonna be tasty!
Finally, the plot thickens. Having the villain so close to the Precure should be pretty interesting, although I think Yukari is already wise to his bullshit. Next week's a Himari episode!
Such a cool character... I like that there's a new OP animation. I wonder if they'll continue to change it every 4 episodes?
>>28537 >I like that there's a new OP animation. You talking about how they advertise the precure movies by showing clips of them in the OP?
>>28538 i guess... this is the first pretty cure that i've watched
>>28539 They always put clips of the new movie in the opening to advertise it. Kira Kira isn't one I would recommend to people that haven't seen Precure before, but I hope you're enjoying it.
>>28541 I'm enjoying it. I like that they make sweets in every episode, and talk about friendship and teamwork and things like that. It is introducing new characters rather quickly though. As well, the recipes at the end show measurements, but how could anyone copy the recipe that quickly off the TV? Maybe there's a website where they have all the recipes listed.
>>28542 There is a recipe website, but I don't know the address.
>>28542 >how could anyone copy the recipe that quickly off the TV? I kinda figured they didn't really expect anyone to actually follow along with it, rather than give an idea of how it's done. That said, there's always recording the program and playing back the segment.
>>28541 >Kira Kira isn't one I would recommend to people that haven't seen Precure before, Yeah, this is easily one of the weaker seasons so far. Hard to beat charge but this is down there along with gogo5. Best seasons to start precure with are Heart Catch, Suite, Smile. Those being back when they decided to change up the demographic and include older viewers. Now it feels like they gave up on that and went back to just focusing on kids. But hey, if people like this season then more power to em.
>>28548 In addition to Smile and Heartcatch (I haven't seen Suite yet), I really enjoyed GoPri and Mahoutsukai. The original series is also a lot of fun, but it seems a bit dated to me.
>>28543 found it http://www.toei-anim.co.jp/tv/precure/recipe/
>>28550 Nice find anon-kun!
Paused it on a random frame and got this. Wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
Cure Chocolat's transformation scene seems a bit awkward. It's like they can't decide on what pose to take.
>>28594 It looks to me like they just threw dice for craps.
This episode seemed to pay homage to Yumeiro Patissiere in a lot of ways.
ep11 was pretty good.
Looks like they're finally going to realize the truth about the mysterious transfer student. About time.
The way they draw Himarin lately, she looks like she's been eating too much of her pudding.
Yukari is so badass. I think she suspected Julio the whole time, and just kept it to herself for her own amusement. >>28795 Nothing wrong with a little P L U M P.
Guy walks on stage during a concert, grabs the lead signer, and everyone's just so calm about it lol.
It's degenerate, nough said. Also, they did a pretty shitty job of raising her if they let her get that far gone from what they wanted of her. At that point you might as well just let her be, clearly the prim and proper life style didn't get imprinted on her at all.
>>28810 If rock is wrong, I don't want to be right.
>>28809 The rock & roll thing to do would have been to hit him with your guitar.
Sometimes I worry about my videocard...
I, too, use "OSU!" as a kiai.
cute
Boss fight!!! The OP for this episode was really good.
I wonder why the [anon] releases of precure are so huge in size. 674mb seems a little high.
It might be ugly, but it's also cute in a "killlllll meeeee" sort of way.
Clever girl, stupid villain.
>>28943 That's why you don't fuck with Yukari.
I like how this finisher had each member creating a different phases of the cake.
The new villain is hella cute!
>>28975 She really is really cute.Post edited on 24th Jun 2017, 12:14pm
This season just got a whole lot better.
>>28975 >>28976 She's way more fun than the last guy, too. It's taken a while, but I think the show is finally getting going.
what a cutie
YOU HVAE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE SHEEPS
Because it's a reference to the main character of Yumeiro Pastissiere, silly.
As if five precure weren't enough.
[SHIPPING INTENSIFIES]
>>28795 Or Akira knocked her up.
I stopped watching after Ep 6, where they introduce the Mary Sue purple-haired girl. Does it get better? It was cute at first but was starting to get repetitive.
>>29204 Yes, it really takes its sweet time, but it gets better. Plus, it sounds like they have some cool stuff planned for the second half of the show. Stick it out for a while longer. Also, you best not be talking shit about Yukari.
>>29204 If you're new to precure, this isn't a good season to start on. Bibury is pretty great though, not enough to carry this season, but she does what she can.
logo for the next installment is out.
Man, I fell really far behind on this over the past few months. Been trying to catch up again and it's so 'meh'. The only fun parts are the episodes where Bibury gets some screen time.
I'm glad to see they're embracing the best character in the show. I was worried for a while earlier on that we might never see them again.
A cat is fine too
