This would fall to shit really fast. Generally speaking NEET's are NEET's because they lack motivation so you'd constantly be chasing people up after work who would just leave rather than do it. That being said if it did work you could all become NEETpals and live happily until entering a suicide pact when you all get kicked out of your parents homes.
