I've been going with "Kaguran" on the odd occasion. I like it, and she doesn't seem to mind. Hopefully it'll grow on her more, the more I use it.

"Liz" since is it how others refer to her in the anime and it is easier to pronounce

I call her Ms.(last name)

I like her name a lot. "Mei" is a short and cute enough name that I don't see the need for nicknames.

And I don't think she would be very comfortable if I gave her a nickname anyways.

I throw a bunch of weird honorifics after her name because teasing her is fun and she likes it.

"Koa", it's what everybody uses as a nickname for her, though one could argue that even "Koakuma" is just a nickname.

It isn't silly, i just call her RK because its apart of her name.

I usually call her Iori-hime. Honouring her would make her... a little embarrassed perhaps. Seeing her blush so hard when I treat her as if she was my superior would be priceless.

Just Onpu, or Onpu-chan if my brain is in Japanese mode.

Thanks! It might sound kind of rude, but I think she is a lot prettier with her hair down. She still looks cute in buns but it's a rare treat when I see her with her hair down
