Good chapter. It was nice seeing acknowledgement of the irony and acceptance of things not being black and white. Also nice seeing the now-older characters and their new designs. I wasn't able to come out with a plausible explanation for the lights in the buildings. Maybe an identifier of places to be avoided by an upcoming Armin nuke-fall?

Seems there will be a one-month hiatus (march issue skipped). Bummer.
