I find them to be kinda cute, but I've never really been into SD things enough to want to buy them. The only exception I make is Miku because she's Miku, and I'll definitely buy one of mai waifu when it happens.

In that event, I'd probably have to buy lots of others for cosplay purposes... dammit.

I'd like to have a few of these on my desk. Like most things it will have to wait until I move out of my parents' house, though....if I ever do ;_;

The only Nendoroid I really considered buying was Sanae. They're going to make a figma of her eventually, though, so I'll wait for that.

It's going to be my first Nendoroid.

I wouldn't mind a Churuya-san nendo, but I really want an itoshiki Nozomu. They cost about $120 on ebay ;___;

However, they do look adorable, and I would love to buy a few, but fear becoming overly obsessed. I've seen a few at cons and the like for a really, really fair price. I'm afraid at the next con I may make an impulse buy on the Haruhi girls and not have enough money for the train ticket home or lunch.

Also had a dream where I had a shop selling figures and collectibles. One night, on a late shift, I was doing inventory and some of the figures came to life. Only the Nendoroids. This resulted in me finding myself compelled to just help them whenever they needed help, and they took over my shop and it became its own nation, with representation in the UN.

In terms of getting them, you can't go wrong with the usual sites for figures, like Amiami, HobbyLinkJapan and Otacute. eBay can be good for out of production nendoroids, but only if you know exactly what you are looking for. There are a lot of counterfeit nendoroids crawling around on eBay. I hope this helps you.

I've had to slow down on Nendos lately for two reasons. (1) I have nearly depleted my student loans for this semester and (2) there are too many to collect and my completist predilections are constantly at odds with my bank account.

However, I say that and then they announce this.

I can't really think of a character off the top of my head that deserves the Nendoroid treatment more. Fucking... UGH. Pre-ordered.
