Neat I didn't realize that. Suya Rhys -> Syalis.
Also I'm not exactly sure if that twitter account you linked to is supposed to be satire. At first glance you'd think he's railing against subs from monkeys like Funi et. al, but all the examples chosen are inconsequential.
For instance, the Gochiusa one: out of all the complaints you could have with Funi subs, he chooses to pick on the translation of "kira kira" onomatopoeia (*if you're pedantic, they're ideophones since the thing being described doesn't usually make a sound) into radiant/shine? That's really not the worst thing funi has done. (I'd point out more egregious ones but I've since switched to using Muse subs whenever possible. Supposedly one can expect translation choices like "oy vey" for "yare yare" [I wonder who's behind that?] and the occasional descent into teenage lingo like "sissy", "besties", etc.).
For D4DJ: come on, is the choice of hyphens instead of em-dashes really the bone to pick?
[And finally going back to the topic at hand, I guess a TL note for Syalis would be nice but other than that there's not much else needed. Why would he push for more localization? The fact that the hero's name "Akatsuki" was localized to "Dawner" in fact made things a lot more confusing as an entire comedic arc in of the episodes relies on the fact that the first mora is "a", since it becomes "aa nantonaku".
