Anime is about evil creatures called Aratama attacking people and these sword wielding Miko sworn to fight them off. These girls have a competition to find out who's the best of the best at what they do.
Too cute <3
I can't put my finger on it but I swear I've seen this character in at least half a million other anime.
>>30226 Yeah, looks slightly too generic to be a protagonist.
>>30227 You mean, she's probably going to suffer a trauma or die?
>>30259 It's not impossible. I almost dropped this anime because the intro gave the impression it might be dark and violent (not my cup of tea). The first ep shows characters doing this phase shifting thing that protects them from harm when fighting each other, but I get the impression it would be very easy for someone to get killed if they don't turn it on in time. While there were no onscreen deaths or injuries in the first ep, I still get the vibe this anime wont end without at least some blood or limbs flying off.
The story behind this comes across as a bit dumb, or more accurately the MC seems like they're fucking brain damaged at first. All goes well at a tournament in the first ep until the very end when this hime cut girl decides to attack the leader of this whole operation without warning. Crazy part is that while the attack failed, this stereotypical boke/genki girl decides to save hime cut and go on a run from the law with her even though they've never met before. At the end of ep2 they give a reason why she might be so willing to throw her life away and become a terrorist for the sake of a girl she doesn't even know, it work but it does feel a bit far fetched.
It's not a fun anime without a retarded blonde girl!
How the hell did she even make it into the tournament in the first place? Is everyone at their school so incompetent these two were the best they had?
Rule 1 of running from the law; change your cloths, don't just cover them a bit.
Suddenly, cgi.
It it just me or is her voice way deeper than what you would expect from a token loli character?
>>30482 It wasn't 'that' deep. She just didn't sound like a chipmunk who sucked on a balloon that's all. >>30460 Pretty shitty cgi too. It was very off putting. I'm glad it didn't last long at least.
I'd be amazed if she could hit anything with a sword like that. If you keep your distance you can easily move to the side and avoid it. Meanwhile it's completely useless if you're up close. I get the idea of this being meant for fighting large monsters not people, but even those were depicted as being fairly fast moving and probably hard to hit with something that slow and hard to use.
I see this cutter is also a cutter.
This is one time when that shot actually makes the sword look smaller than it is.
Does this line ever not make people seem more suspicious?
Must say, I'm actually kinda enjoying this one so far. It took an unexpected twist from the start and the results have been interesting to follow so far. This could have been another generic anime about a team of girls fighting off monsters, but it's a neat idea how those same monsters have infiltrated the government of this world and only a small group of people know the truth and are willing to try and stop it.
Maybe she's not playing?
How in the fuck did she find them so quick? Were they down the street the whole time or something?
I wonder what it's like to have someone rest a massive rack like that on your head.
>>30891 Heavy, but comfy.
What are those end lyrics? Is it "Listen god, I want to feed you." ?
I guess she's never seen a taco before?
