I like a lot the characters' design in both the original manga and this adaptation.

While I wasn't expecting the childhood friend to win over the new brown girl that the MC seems to have fallen head over heels for, I certainly wasn't expecting it to end up quite like that.

Yeah, I'm thankful that you guys made a thread about it. I really like the setting.

I'm a bit worried about the pacing. There has been quite a bit of world-building, yet this is apparently only one cour and hardly anything has really happened yet.

12-13 episodes are not enough for any kind of decent conclusion to the events that have transpired.
