I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with judging some books by their covers, you can usually tell a lot about a the contents of something from it's packaging, I'd go as far as to say that's what the outside packaging is there for, to inform you of the contents. sure sometimes they can be misleading, but more often than not what's on the box is a good indication of what's inside.
In the case of Galko, if she wasn't a slut she wouldn't fix herself up like one. She could be bland and boring like Otako or clean and proper like Ojou to not stand out, but instead she goes with the most attention drawing getup she can. With the way she presents herself she might as well be holding up a sign that says "hand jobs $5, BJ $10, vag/anal $20". women who seek attention get attention, and when tons of guys come knocking, a few always manage to make it in.
Besides, slutty women rarely like to admit they're slutty. In my experience they're the ones who get the most bitter over the term.
