Man, Gochiusa is such a nice show.

I've said it before but it's the non-school setting that makes it so nice. Not only is school a crappy setting, it has also been done milliards of times before (SoL or not).

In other news throughout the entire S1 I didn't realize that NNB's Hotaru and Gochiusa's Megumi share a seiyuu.

Were the girls' faces always this plump? I don't think I ever noticed it in S1 and I'm too lazy to go through my archived files to check it. I'm talking about the '90s cheek' here.

Apart from the suggestive bouncing in the ED, I can't say I've noticed anything really. Seriously, this is nothing compared to, for instance, Kodomo no Jikan or Ro-Kyu-Bu.

This show is suprisingly well animated and looks really nice overall.

I like how she has her own theme music that plays whenever she shows up.

That last episode has got to be genuinely one of the cutest things I've ever seen. Being able to vicariously cuddle/stroke/mofumofu the girls via Moka is a wonderful feeling indeed. Actually, out of interest, how did the subtitlers translate "mofumofu" anyway?

Oh, also, the surprise Japanese literature reference made me very happy.

Mocha wasn't a bad character but I won't miss her. Made me feel bad for Cocoa because she felt inadequate and made me feel bad for Mocha herself when Cocoa started to distance herself from Mocha. I know I'm either alone in this or in underwhelming minority, though.
