So okay, for Valentine's Day, I took Marisa out on a date to the local mall and we had... some onion rings with sour cream dip, then some shrimp katsudon. Yeah, it was a cheap date. But as far as I was doing in the past few days, I really hoped she liked what I did.

But let us not talk about that. What's more interesting to talk about right now is the economical and monetary ways you employ to express your devotion and affection to your beloved. In other words, how do you spend your money for your waifu?

Art commissions are the only answer, anything else seems like nonsense.

I buy figures of her, that's about it.

Just buying her merchandise and having some art commissions or something.

Anything else doesn't seem quite right to me.

In terms of merchandise, I've bought a plushie and a figure so far. I would buy more, but merch of her isn't exactly easy to come by.

I've also made a habit of buying chocolate for her on Christmas/Valentine's. I seem to be spending more and more on them every time. I bet I'll be spending £20 on a box or something before I know it.

I don't buy much in terms of Big Gifts, but I do like buying him little treats when I see something that reminds me of him. Mostly food but I've picked up a few non-food items, too. I like setting up a romantic atmosphere more than anything and I'm generally spontaneous with the little gifts.

And merch is pretty fun too but I usually can't afford it (as much as I wish I could). It used to matter a lot more to me than it does at this moment, but I'd still like to have a few things.
