How do you think your waifu would react to the neighborhood in the town/city you live in?

I would firstly hope to never have her see this horrible hell called reality, with her world being so perfect she is naive and innocent and this world would destroy her. I live in a very small town/village in Germany, and I don't know very many people in this town. There's a family full of neo-nazis that I have the unfortunate pleasure of personally knowing but most of the people I try to keep my distance from, for the usual people hating hiki reasons.

The town itself like I said is small and kind of has a cliched German town look to it, I am sometimes reminded of the town in A Little Snow Fairy Sugar. So in it's own sense this could be charming to her, not to mention she is optimistic and always looking on the bright side, I'm sure she would see something to this place that I didn't. She would probablly want to try to find something to draw, considering her hobby. All in all though, like I said, even if it would mean seeing her the last thing I want to do is bring her (or any 2D for that matter) into this shitty reality. Not that that's even possible...

What brought you to this question anyways OP?

She would most likely be irritated by the noise. I live in a somewhat trashy suburb, so it can get really loud (even if you stay inside) with all of the screaming children in the day and arguing drunks at night.

The neighborhood? She would be extremely unimpressed, given she comes from a quite wealthier family. I live across the street from HUD housing and I could walk five minutes from my house in the middle of the night and get stabbed. I'm the only person that is both white and under the age of 26 in the neighborhood, which is decidedly working class/low-income.

It's in a small, quaint city of ~13,000. There are some nice houses downtown that sell for a quarter of a million dollars, and if I could get the money I would buy one with her in a heartbeat and love the city instead of hating the concrete jungle part that I live in right now.

Where I live isn't great at all but if I walk 20 minutes east I'm in a great small Maryland city.

I live on the border between a small town, open fields, and a mountain. A secluded area. I think she would enjoy the scenery.

Oh, just out of sheer curiosity, I guess. My situation here is pretty much ghetto-ish, deep in the city, disgusting streets, unruly children and undisciplined multitude.

I wouldn't want her to even see this. Shame.

The town itself is boring and rather uneventful. It's full of Southern vibes (ironic since I'm in a northern state) and there's sometimes racial tension between the rednecks and the blacks. Most of it is kept to the high school though. Honestly it's not a bad place, same with the town next to it where all the shops and restaurants are, but all of it has gone downhill in the last 10 years or so. Or maybe that's just me growing older and more jaded.

Since I live out in the country just about 5 minutes from town, it's pretty nice out here. It's hot, but pleasant during the summer. Lots of green, and anime-summer-bug-crickets constantly going at this time of year. She's an idol, but I think she would like it because it's slow and relaxing. We have a few closeby neighbors, but they're fairly pleasant people, and it's all pretty much middle class.

There's a trailer park just down the road but I never go there, so I don't think she'd pay it any mind.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

I'm lucky to live in a pretty nice neighborhood. It's nice and generally quiet, with good-looking houses, and pleasant neighbors. I don't think she'd hate it.

Well, I think she might find it boring. Even if the city I live in is pretty major, it's pretty much a dead city. I think she would enjoy riding a horse in forest somewhere out there in the rural areas around where I live much more where I actually live. Then again, there might be some shopping areas she might enjoy.

Our worlds are very different. He lives in a very urban and violent atmosphere, and has lived in it most of his life, while I live out in the sticks. The house that I live in is next to a small pond and a marsh, is surrounded by trees, and is very quiet except for wildlife.

I think he'd appreciate the change in scenery and enjoy having a peaceful life for once.

Can't say much though just like what the OP said, the area where I live in is just as what he said.

I wouldn't let her see it

I live in a rural Southern state so her English dub would fit in well, however her nationality would make the locals think she is a "Jap."

I live more or less in the middle of the woods with only a few neighbors. My waifu would probably love the change form the filth of industrial revolution urban England.

She thinks the cold winter nights are beautiful, but that it's not a very comfortable or pleasant place otherwise.

I agree, though I can settle for overcast evenings as well.

It's hard to say, since I don't really know what the neighbourhood she lives in is like, aside from being somewhat overrun by cats, so I can't really compare her world to mine.

There's not much to complain about here, where I live, aside from it being pretty much Retirement Central, so there isn't much to do. One benefit is that I'm a stone's throw away from the local high street, so I'm close to the local shops. There are a few a few nice sights, and a couple of good routes to jog along, so she might appreciate those. There are some more interesting places that are less than half an hour's drive away, that have arcades and cinemas and whatnot, that she might enjoy a bit more.

I never really wished for her to exist in the real world, but now here I am, wondering what it would be like to spend a day with her...

Haha the Mitakihara city looks much more interesting than the places I've lived in. Saratoga just being your ordinary suburbs and San Jose maybe an ordinary city, although not one with many large buildings. The houses I've lived in are usually nice and quiet places though.

The dormitories at college are pretty noisy and feel cramped, and I'm sure that would piss off both of us.

We're asking you what she would think of your neighborhood if she saw it. It does not mean you have to bring her to it and make her live there.

She'd be disappointed

Small town in southern Oregon here, it's pretty peaceful and relaxing, I'm sure she would like it

I think he might like it even if it's a lot smaller than he's used to. There's a few great record stores and lots of little cafes. Even a strong indie music scene.

I wouldn't want to show her this. It's not that this is a rubbish spot, it's just... I want to show her something spectacular. She mesmerized me, and I want to mesmerize her too.

I live in a quiet neighborhood outside of a small city, drastically different from where he lives. He'd probably enjoy how relaxed it is though, seeing as his life has been so chaotic.
