While I have only one waifu, I also have many concubines that, while sitting next to my waifu, are not "subservient" to my waifu. They are all important to me and I love them, just in a different way than Osaka.

I practice concubinage for two main reasons: I just can't limit my emotional attachment to one girl, and there is something exotic and Eastern about it; like a warlord and his servant girls in the hookah lounge, always protecting them from the invaders and barbarians.

I don't see any problem with it as long as you're being honest to everybody you're with. I understand why it disgusts others but as long as those you are with are fine with it, it's not really anybody else's business.

That said, I only have my dearest, even if there are other characters I admire and am fond of. I may even love them, but not in the same way, and as of yet I haven't found another character that speaks to me on the same level. I think my relationship with 2D will always be monogamous, personally, but I don't see anything wrong with doing things differently if it makes you happy and your waifu has no objections.
