I think it's because the ace combat series doesn't have any games available for PC, which would allow them to be modded as such.
Wish it was real though.
Of the 3 strike witches games I know of, the unofficial one was the only good one, and it was a over the top 2D shooter.
There's that ugly 3d side scroller for 360, which people say is really bad and buggy.
Then there's the VN style game for DS.
How I wish they'd make one like ace combat...
