I don't know why people use TokyoTosho's rss feed, it only has 25 entries so episodes disappear pretty quickly. I'd recommend either using the fansubber's rss feed or making a custom one on nyaa.

They changed it actually.

TT now supports up to 450 entries.

And as you can sort each category into its own feed of 450 entries, you really don't need to worry anymore.
