  Especially this verse:
"And in my dreams you're alive and you're crying,
As your mouth moves in mine, soft and sweet.
Rings of flowers round your eyes and I love you,
For the rest of your life"

Actually, this entire album makes me think of waifus in general. Knowing that much of the album is about Jeff Mangum's feelings for Anne Frank, and how he wished he could of saved her somehow, it makes me think that maybe he felt some of the same things we feel for our waifus. I remember reading an interview with him, and when he was talking about reading the Diary of Anne Frank, he said something along the lines of "I was deep as you could go into someone's head, in some ways deeper than you could go with someone in real life." That's how I feel about my waifu when I watch her anime series.

This whole album is so relatable for me.

It's totally rooted in the concept of loving someone that doesn't exist in this world, being unable to do anything about it.

Pretty much Jeff's tribute to his waifu.
