thats fairly standard/plain
there isn't anything special or unique about it at all. doesn't look like there was very much thought put into it.

this one, on the other hand, look at it. its got the nice sawtooth trim on the mini-peticoat (bet you never saw a mini-peticoat before) and the shawl sleeves and a number of other creative and attractive aspects which makes it an excellent variation.
