IRC channels of sub groups generally have fast XDCC bots you can download directly from.

For current season shows, a lot of groups place a dll link on their websites or blogs, usually megaupload.com or stuff.

I usually get my anime from a lot of bots on #news@irc.rizon.net. You can search for pretty much anything on http://news.is-fabulo.us/ and some bot will have it available. Speeds are excellent too.
