It was nice but, I found it to get really repetitive. The relationship between Ko / Aoba got really tiring after a while too. 49 episodes of misunderstandings and no one admitting their true feelings then the token "holding hands moment".

Still better than most stuff however.

I picked it up and am at episode 13 as of now.

Things got really interesting at the second game. I developed a liking for that one batter too, so this is all good stuff by me; I'm glad I picked it up. If I'm to make any comparisons: I'd say I like the pacing better for Cross Game than, say, One Outs (thus ends the vast line of possible comparisons for me to make), although One Outs a bit of a different breed (far less sentimental for example).

Very enjoyable stuff so far; I share your enthusiasm for Cross Game, OP, and I'm glad you made a thread for it.

It is a different snack in each of the ∞ episodes, in one of them it is that particular variety of fresh fruit.
