Yep.

One of the only worthwhile show to met this season, atleast based off frontwards appearance and a first episode.

First ep was good. Not sure if it will be able to keep up that sort of standard for the entirety of the season.

Not half bad so far. first half of ep1 feels a little over the top, but also seems kind of necessary for the direction the series decided to take. even so, it seems strange how the parents would make such a big deal about their kid being a liar, even after it should have been obvious she wasn't after she spilled the beans about their affairs. are her parents really so stupid they can't realize that if she knows your cheating, she's probably telling the truth about the other person as well? well I guess it's not unusual for parents to dump their problems onto their kids and blame them for their own problem (it's not your daughter's fault your cheating on each other you assholes!) pretty much everyone in japan seems like a massive douche bag in this series, reminds me a lot of Natsume, but it's understandable to some degree. I can't help but think Kotoura wouldn't have had such a hard time if she just learned to keep her mouth shut, maybe even pretend to be one of those deaf mutes or something.
I rather like the MC dude, he seems pretty nice and the perfect guy to bring some light into her gray little lonely world. anyway, this turned out to be an unexpectedly nice anime and I'll certainly be looking forward to future episodes.

Yeah that's true, but I don't think their lives would have been perfect if she kept her ablity to herself. It seemed like the father had already started to stop caring about his family by the time all the trouble started. Which of course contributed a lot to the mother's problems.

But as you said, it's easier for them to blame it on her than to own up and have to deal with the own problems their marriage was facing.

Just as they felt that it would be easier on them if they abandoned her, despite the fact that they would now fully understand that she had that ability.

At least her grandpa seems nice.

Damn good anime.

My subs aren't showing up for ep. 3 and 4 in this show. They work in every other show, it's not like I've changed anything. I'm using HorribleSubs and have tried 720p and 1080p versions of the ep. 3 to no avail.

Has anybody else had this problem?

The whole thing with the grandpa being a huge pervert and practically molesting Kotoura seems like it was meant to be funny but it made me feel even more sorry for her.

This whole ep was awesome. Seems like we're finally past most of the melodrama. But it's fairly obvious the mother is gonna show up again and start some shit.

It's a hard life being a male protagonist in anime...

I don't get how they could just forgive that murderer, she should be tortured instead...

Would have been nice if it wasn't so painfully obvious who the attacker was.
She clearly weren't very committed if all it took was a couple of sentences from a school girl to brake her multiple personality disorder and make her turn herself into the police... which is made more amusing by the fact what Kotoura was saying was kind of bullshit, the women doesn't have anyone and she says "I'm sure there's someone out there who cares about you" or something and Kotora knows it, or was she talking about the short wife beater grade cop? yeah I'm sure they'll work out well for her...
