I know sage was begrudgingly subbing some babby mecha shounen, and openly saying "if people don't download this we're dropping it".

I think their time and effort would have been better placed into this, but it's not that much of a concern to me, after all I've never seen the first season.

From the synopsis it just sounds like a bunch of parody jokes and meta humor.

i was really disppintd no one was subbing this. its not the best show ok but season 1 had its moments.

Nobody's subbing it because it's only airing on NicoNico in the usual eyecancer stream quality. It will air on TV next season or something. UTW will probably sub it then; their main encoder loves this series and did DVD rips for the first season.

looks like there are some Raws up on TT, though not zero or leopard, so quality may be questionable.
In either case, it looks like the wait not not be too much longer.
