The show doesn't take itself seriously in the least, the maid is a beautiful young maiden straight from a radiohead doujin (traps don't have breasts), and it's complimented by a sound track that was heavily inspired by the final fantasy game series.

Hopefully reinwess or some other group picks it up sometime in the future, though the crunchyroll encode is significantly less shitty than I remembered them being so I'll live.

Gotta love death flags. I saw the first season of Sailor Moon like a ~year ago and at some point Mako says 'after this battle is over I'll find myself a boyfriend'. Yeah, no way something is gonna happen, right? It's Sailor Moon, she couldn't possibly die or anything, right? Same with Macross, I watched that at about the same time, I thought it's a bit old for death flags but then pineapple salad happened. Hell, even in Vividred Akane says 'let's beat this monster fast and go back home to eat the dinner Momo preapered'. Yeeeeaaah, that didn't go as planned.

... Whoops, I was supposed about this ep. Well, point is I love death flags meta jokes so I enjoyed it a lot.

That was a fun show. It's nice to know the studio had some fun making it, as well.
