I got impatient, and watched a stream. The new OP and ED are fantastic. Can't wait 'til it's subbed, or for the next episode. I've got a good feeling about this season of HS. It's great so far.

I like the new ED but it didn't make me shuwa shuwa as hard as the ☆☆☆ one. And I don't really like marble but the new ED is nice.

My only complaint about the OP is that Yoshinoya only has a cameo appearance. It's like she's a side character in her own series! Still, the actual Yoshi made my nutbladder hurt a little even though she didn't get much screentime this week.

And maybe it's just me but Gotou Yuuko's voice seems to sound a little different than it used to before her throat surgery (she had a throat suregry, right?). It's like uh... somebody gave her a tissue. But not a whole pack, just one. But I haven't heard her in a while so maybe I'm just making this up.

Anyway, great first week, I'm already looking forward to a whole season of Hidamari goodness.

Well, I haven't heard her in a long while so it's hard to compare it when I have nothing to work with except how I remembered her voice.

Been looking forward to this since I marathoned the three previous seasons a few months back.

I have to question that after the second ep. Never judge the quality of a series after the first ep, it's a common practice to boost the budget for that.

Still, it wasn't that bad this week but the quality drop was definitely noticeable.

I'm liking it so far, as a whole, but the OP and ED aren't as catchy as previous seasons. They aren't bad, of course, just not nearly as good.

I liked being able to see Sae and Nori having a conversation with just the two of them there. We don't get many opportunities to see those two interact directly with each other, it was nice.

Yeah, that was nice. Sae feels like the most like a side-character out of any of them these days, so it's always nice to see her get some more screen time.

Really loved that last episode. It was nice seeing Natsume loosen up and be happy for a bit.
It sucks that there's only one episode left, though. This season sped by, didn't it?

Late to watching this ep, but I agree completely with you. I wish they had more of Natsume hanging out with them like this.

Nazuna is so indecent

I'm hoping so strongly that we get another season. This was my favourite show of the season.
