that's why many people are waiting on someone else to sub this.

I like GG because their overlocalizations are usually a lot funnier than the original japanese script.

The characters in the anime aren't having the exact same lines as in the manga. Besides, GG is doing a good job in translating the jokes to an understandable degree to the non-japanese viewers.

might as well be watching English dubs if you don't mind heavy lolcalization.

gg is actually being pretty literal with most of the show. This is not a show to translate quickly, which is why they took their time. However, it's also not a show that translates well in general.

I think the only real cases where they changed the subs to make it work were stuff like changing "sour" to "spicy", to make the "spy" pun work later. It's easily ignorable. They are translating it quite well, and the jokes are quite easy to get unless this is your first anime or something.

On another note, I love the political stuff they sometimes say. Pretty unexpected, but this anime is fearless when it comes to dealing with stuff like that apparently.
